Booking online holds your date for three days; the £200 deposit secures it and the balance is due 21 days before. The deposit is only refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of booking (with your date 14+ days away). See the refund policy.

Yes, shoes aren't allowed in the soft play. Comfortable clothing that covers the skin is recommended if you're using the play equipment.

Absolutely. Plenty of guests come solo. The crowd games and social setup make it easy to meet people, and lots of solo guests leave with new friends.

There's a free cloakroom for coats and bags all night, plus cubby holes in the soft play for your shoes.

No dress code. Wear something comfortable, and cover up as much as you can if you're going down the slides.

Cancel within 48 hours of booking (with your date at least 14 days away) and everything you've paid comes back. After that, tickets can be moved to another night free up to 48 hours before, and hire refunds depend on how far off the party is. Cancelling happens on your booking page. Yes. VIP gives your group the whole upstairs (the karaoke room and the pool table) plus the run of the venue: £600 for up to 15 with a bottle of spirit, mixers and a round of shots, or £900 for up to 30 with two bottles. See VIP.
