You can bring your own food for a private hire. No outside drinks can be brought into the venue: DJW has its own fully licensed bar, which closes 30 minutes before the end.

DJW is built for interaction. Guests move between the dance floor, arcade, soft play and games instead of orbiting the same table all night. Hosted games and activities can be worked into your night too.
Deposit & payment. Booking online holds your date for 3 days; the £200 deposit secures it and the balance is due 21 days before the party. Booking 21 days or less before? You pay the full price to secure it. Cancel within 48 hours of making your booking (with your date 14+ days away) and everything comes back. After that the £200 deposit is kept: 60+ days out everything else is refunded, 30–59 days out we keep half, under 30 days nothing is refunded. Full refund policy · Hire terms
