What are the event times?
9.00pm – 1:30am
Do I have to bring ID?
Yes we require a hard copy of photo ID and we operate challenge 25. We will refuse entry if you show up without one.
Do you sell food here?
No however you can provide your own to private hires.
Food cannot be brought in to an event.
What is the dress code?
We do not have one however we advise you wear something comfortable and try to cover up as much as possible if you plan on using our soft play equipment e.g. going down the slides.
Do we have to pay the full private hire venue fee upfront?
We require deposits starting from £200 to secure the booking, this needs to be paid within 3 days. The rest is payable up to 21 days before the booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel up to a month before your booking.
Can I have more than 50/100 guests for my private hire?
If you exceed the amount of guests included in our set prices, we can accommodate this but the overall price will increase.
Can I bring a DJ to my private hire?
Yes you can, we also have DJs on hand available to book via DJW Events
Do we need money for the arcade?
No everything is on free play, so you can play each game as many times as you want
Do we need money for the photobooth?
No our photobooth is free to use all night long with unlimited printouts
Are there any package deals for events?
We have VIP rooms on the first floor that seat 15 people for £600. This includes entry, the private room, a private speaker, access to every facility in the venue, spirit & mixer of your choice, 2 bottles of Prosecco and 1 round of shots for the group. We also allow you to bring in food and decorate the room.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket gives you full access to the venue including the three storey play frame (until 11pm), retro arcade (free play), interactive game stations, DJ & hosted crowd games, free photobooth prints and a free cloakroom.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes we have a ramp leading to the front double doors making the whole ground floor accessible. If you have specific access requirements, please get in touch with us in advance and our team will be happy to help.
Can private hires include children?
Yes! Private hires can include children as there are no age restrictions for these events.
Can I bring drinks to the venue?
No outside drinks aren’t permitted. We have a fully licensed bar on site serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Where do I store my belongings?
We offer a free cloakroom where you can safely store coats and belongings throughout the event.
We also have cubby holes in the soft play where can store your shoes.
Is there parking available?
Yes there is a large council owned car park on site available for guests.
Can I come alone or do I need a group?
You’re welcome to come solo or with a group! Our crowd games and social setup make it easy to meet people and join in – many guests arrive alone and leave with new friends.
